Solve : Task Bar Color Changes?

Can some on help me please.  My task bar periodically changes color...this has only started since late this afternoon.

Img 1 is the task bar as I have SET it.



Img 2 is the color it changes to.



It stays like that for a few seconds then the computer goes to sleep.

Img 3 shows my power settings

PS...EXPAND your power SAVE window so we can see all settings.

Is this what you MEAN by expanding the power save window?
On the LEFT the top one is turn off hard disc.



I have't noticed any changes when active.

I installed Windows a few months ago and have not changed the color options since.
