Answer» Hello. Thank you for taking an interest in my thread.
I have been trying to get my TASK bar to autohide while Im useing the computer, but it always ends up sitting on TOP of all the windows. It doesnt matter how many times I RESET it to autohide, it eventually ends up on top? Have I set something incorrectly?
AND
I loaded Lotus 123 onto the drive a while ago and it starts up when the computer starts. Is there a way I can remove the icons from the right hand LOWER corner but still have the program loaded?
OR
Can I remove any of those icons in the taskbar lower right hand corner? The icons in the lower right represent the applications that are started when your computer boots up. Most applications when you install them put themselves in this list but are not needed at startup. A free app called "easy cleaner" will help you edit this startup list. Google Easy Cleaner, download it and give it a try. The taskbar thing I can't help you with. Sound like one of those goofy things windows sometimes doesRight click on Task Bar>properties>CHECK Hide inactive icons>Apply>Customize>click on each program you wish to hide.
When you select autohide try lock the taskbar.
