when i press ctrl-alt-del to open the wndows task manger

Download the above file by right CLICKING the above link and then clicking save or save as. Then run that file by double-clicking it. Answer YES, if prompted. Then restart Windows and open the task manager once again.
no no no, have you done a virus scan? do you have anti virus? if not get one PLEASE. and i have had this happen before, and just doing a virus scan and quarantining the trojans and other viruses got rid of the problem.
