Answer» I am running win xp pro and need help with understanding Task Managment Window.
I found web sites that TELL you what every tab meens on the Task Managment window but they never tell you how to read it.
What I meen is when you SEE the CPU Usage it never tells you what the NUMBER shoule be.
So does anyone have a good wb site that will tell all about this and every tab and how to use Task Managment and how to read it and things like thantEach computer is different so the CPU usage will also be different.

Just right click whatever you don't want running at startup and select Disable.
