Answer» I have a 2000 server (took over admin duties) and there appears to be no task scheduler installed. There is a folder in control panel that is not labeled but if you mouse over it, it reads task scheduler. CLICKING on folder does nothing. Ideas? See, if Task Scheduler service is running.
