I have recently went into my Administrative Tools folder then Services and turned off a BUNCH of services that i know that i don't need....such as the ones for networking. I am not on a network and never will be at home. I also did this to my mom's computer with no problems. We both use XP Pro.
Now, my taskbars COLOR has changed from blue to white and i don't know how to GET the original color BACK.
Can someone help me with the problem.
Thank you.Go back into services, sort on Startup Type, scroll down to disabled and either re-enable the all of the services or look for the ones you think might be causing your problem. Next TIME, NEVER disable service unless you are 100% certain you understand what they do, their dependencies, and the potential results.Use system restore to a date before monkeying.re-enable the Themes service.
