Answer» This thing apperently happens randomly and it happens when I turn my laptop on. There is suppose to be the language bar between (3) and (4) but I tried pushing it into place (apperently I push too much) that it disappeared. From experience I know that all I need to do is restart my computer and all will be well. But I want to solve this problem once and for all, so if anyone can help I will appreciate it alot. Thanks in advance!
here is an image of my problem:

Oh and I would like to add that the language bar is not suppose to be between (3) and (4). It's suppose to have only one divider, so in other words, it should be between (4) and the arrow at the end of the system tray THINGY. cheers!Right-click the task bar. Check out the Toolbars sub-menu. Also check out the "Lock the taskbar" option. HELLO there!
I tried that and it partially solved the problem; http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i143/Abdulrahmanhilmi/untitled-2.jpg
When I move (1) to the left, (2) is pushed to the left as well. When I move (2) to the right, (1) is pushed to the right as well. When I move them in the OPPOSITE direction, the gap becomes bigger. In other words, this gap between the Quick Launch area and the window bars area is the smallest I could GET it. Not very nice.
Thanks for the reply!Looks like you had very similar advice at another forum too, judging by that screenshot!
How are you for spyware/viruses/etc?Hi Rob! I use: Adware SE Personal Spybot - Search and Destroy CCleaner Tweak Now! Reg Cleaner and Norton Internet Security
ive done that a few time when resieing the quick launch bar.
what it is, is one or your tool bars has kinda wraped it self around, i know that sounds weird..
You need to either turn off the offending tool bar or PULL it back to ware it should be, it may not be a case of Left or right but rather up and down
try pulling the move handles up and down, i just gone and messed up my tool bars. dang
