Answer» Hi, every time I start my Windows 7 and start a program, the taskbar ICON does not highlight. This MAKE me use of alt+tab KEY to see what programs I’ve open. Try pointing your cursor over the taskbar it sometime hidden when cursor is no over, or you've ACCIDENTALLY hide it.
