Whenever I scroll over any button on a BROWSER where that small, yellow box with additional TEXT pops up, it closes almost instantly. On top of that, whenever I'm PLAYING any game where on the control setup, you're prompted to press the key you want for a given action, it just goes through them with the computer choosing them all itself. This also happens so fast I don't have the chance to press a single button of my own choosing. Also, whenever I attempt to run IPCONFIG, the window closes itself as soon as it opens.
