Answer» In "View" menu, Textbar is greyed; thus, cannot format text in text window when creating text to insert in a picture. Had it once; then it BECAME greyed and need to know how to GET it checked so I can utilize it. What program are you talking about? What WINDOWS version?Program: MSPaint OS: Windows 2000 Professional Help menu says check under View to be sure "Normal" is chosen; click on the A in the side icons to choose text, and the text menu should appear; if it doesn't, to to View and put checkmark NEXT to Text Bar. Well, all three other tools bars appear in the drop-down menu under View, but the very one I need - the Text toolbar - is grey out.
