Solve : The Blue Screen? |
|
Answer» I am running XP, have all the LATEST UPDATES. My daughter was on My Space, I don't know exactly what happened. She said it was running really slow so she restarted the computer and got the dreaded blue screen. We have tried all the options they give you to try to start , safe MODE and the OTHERS. The message says registry - error and then it tells you to restart in safe mode. the technical information is STOP:0x00000051 (0x000000003,0x00000001, 0x00003000, 0XE1E05030) will now not let you choose an option other than last know safe configuration...and, if you do?if I do what? Whatever I try it goes back to the same blue screen The above error indicates some serious registry corruption. 1.
