Actually it's "disable plugin"...

In case your's are wrong USE these settings in Properties under the E-Mail scanner tab:
POP3 port 10110
SMTP port 10025I recommend you go to your AVG configurations and check your mail SETTING in AVG configuration. It MIGHT throw you a LIGHT, why you couldn't send/receive mail in your outlook EXPRESS. Good luck to you on your holiday season.
