Answer» i have a HP laptop, win XP. My sound CARD works fine and I can GET the volume to increase decrease with the function + page up/page down button. I have a volume bar control on the top of my laptop but that doesnt work for some reason. I went to the HP site to try and find audio drivers that would fix the problem, but no luck. do y ou know whats going on? What model laptop is this? Also, what were you doing before this problem? (downloads, installs, ect...)You'll PROBABLY need the keyboard software, as well. Go back to your manufacturer's WEBSITE to see if there is software/driver available for the laptop...as it pertains to the keyboard. What model HP laptop do you have? Go back to your manufacturer's WEBSITE to see if there is software/driver available for the laptop...as it pertains to the keyboard.
