Answer» When I download a program I save it so I can scan with an antivirus before I install it. I then get the options of Open folder, Run, and View Downloads. When I choose Open folder, I get this MESSAGE: this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program, or if one is already installed, create an ASSOCIATION in the DEFAULT Programs control panel. It might be the program was installed in you computer. Try to find it in your program files. Do I delete it then? Anna RuthPlease tell us what DLoad this is ...You should be able to let your computer search on-line for a program that will run that file. Then, you will know what TYPE of file it is. When you click on the file you should get a pop-up asking what program you want to run the file. You can then ask for a search on-line.All right.
