Answer» I have WinXP with IE 7.0. Not sure if this is an OS or browser problem. My wife isn't sure what she did but the bottom TOOLBAR has changed. It still has a Start button on the left corner, but the date stamp and various icons are all squeezed into the left corner with nothing in between EXCEPT a BLANK blue field.
