Answer» hi i am having toshiba A10 model laptop as it is affected with virus i just want to restore with the restore TOOL Cd.operating system is XP.there is DATA in it and through that cd i deleted all the partitions and later restoring the GHOST image is started but in the middle the error READING file error is coming.how to install OS i tried other xp cds that im having but not working.now how can i resolve this.there are scratches on the cd.Again i want that Restore cd can i get that through net or any other alternative. plz replyI am going to refer you to our virus/malware specialists.
