Answer» I have a DESKTOP computer RUNNING XP and a laptop computer running Vista. I have everything I need/want on my desktop and I have it all set up the way I want. Is there a way to have my laptop basically just an extension of my desktop computer? Where I WOULD basically have one computer, two computers running off the same hard drive.
If not, is there a way to "copy" my desktop computer and "PASTE" it to the laptop computer? Not necessarily all the files (I have an external hard drive that I could use to copy all my music and such).
Or, how about a program that lets me control my desktop computer from my laptop (while I'm at WORK or in class)? I found a program like that, CrossLoop, but it's very slow and I have to OK it on both ends at the same time before I can connect.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks -Dannyhttp://ask-leo.com/how_can_i_connect_to_my_office_computer_from_home_using_a_dialup_connection.html
