Solve : Two icons for one cd drive?

1.	Solve : Two icons for one cd drive?
Answer» Running XP HOME, I have icons for cd drive "D" and "E". should only have "D" I can INSTALL software from "E" but cannot read from either. What should I do?Go to device MANAGER and DELETE BOTH drives and then restart the machine. Windows should correct things on a reboot. How old is the drive? Let us know if that FIXED it.
