Answer» I have two operating systems in my laptop. One is Windows XP Home Edition and the other is Windows XP Professional. I want to erase the Home Edition without harming the Professional files. Both the laptop and the desktop are from Gateway. The problem started when I got about 18 trojan viruses. I did a recovery that came with the laptop. But I thought I lost everything (including the XP Professional OS) but I didn't. Now when I boot my laptop, a boot menu comes up and I have to choose which operating system. I want to eliminate the XP Home Edition. Additionally, I get a message that the hard drive is full. I believe the XP Home Edition is taking me disk space, which I had prior to the viruses attack.
