system specs.
intel p3
128mb ram
win xp service pack2

my pc didnt start when i log on it goes to the black screen SHOWING

"WINDOWS didnt start SUCCESSFULLY"
and shows options

1.start windows normally
2.safe mode
etc.,

when i tried a option pc restarts and went to same screen.

(i dont have xp disk)

if i can download from internet what to download??




PROBLEM2.


above mentioned pc doesnt recognize usb devices so far i tried the following

1.uninstall and reinstall drivers
2.reinstall os
3.checked for infections
4.driver updates
5.assigning new LETTER to drive
6.using other devices(none opening)
7.checking device manager for proper functioning


please help me as soon as possible. i posted problem in same forum because second problem depends upon the first.sorry if its wrong.Select Safemode with networking....does it load Windows now ? ?Kind of a long shot - but I'm thinking you may need your motherboard drivers as the USB ports are hosted by them. Otherwise look into an external USB hub- that may work. They make PCI cards that have USB ports if necessary.It's not booting to Windows...

Let's fix that 1ST...
