Look at your Task Manager Try a different word processor or compose an email with your email program. The problem might be only one program. Uninstall that program and then reinstall a new copy of the program. Also, Clean your machine with ccleaner or similar programs. Touching the touchpad without realizing it Driver related issue Dirty touchpad Bad hardware Tip: Some laptops may have a button around the touchpad or a icon in the Systray that enables you to temporarily disable the touchpad.
