I tried to install a PROGRAM.. After  I installed the program it says

Code: [Select]It seems that you don't have write access to the WINDOWS directory. Please uninstall and re-install with Administrator rights.
It seems kinda strange cause I am the only user in my PC. I'm using Win ME. Is there some sort of default admin ACCOUNT on Win Me or what? Can you help me solve this? Hope to hear from you guys soon! Thanks in ADVANCE..  Is Admin the only account :-?
Have you been ABLE to install programs prior to this incident :-?what I meant was, is there some sort of default adminstrator user account? and uhm, I have installed other programs before this incident.. To be more specific, I'm trying to install a gnope php-gtk setup which can be downloaded here http://www.gnope.org/downloads/GnopeSetup-1.5.1.exe..Here is a discussion on the Gnope forum.  Your problem seems to be well known by those trying to install Gnope .exe's.  It's unlikely that your problem stems from lack of Admin privileges or ME and I suggest you post on the Gnope forum.
