Solve : unable to access computer? |

Answer» i was online downloading a renewal of SYMANTEC antivirus. completed download, restarted computer. now the first screen to come up is the windows xp screen ASKING me to click on user name, but the icon isnt there. the only thing on the screen is "turn of the computer" icon. IVE TRIED everything, but cannot get passed this screen. please HELP if you can. thanks, kerryWelcome to CH forums. |
