Somebody pls help me with this problem...

I have a win xp pro,service pack two.
Specs-
Motherboard-intel DUAL core 945
RAM 1GB
HDD 80GB

There is a folder on my desktop named 'con',it was me who created it sometime back...
I'm unable to delete it now,when i delete it i get 'unable to locate file or folder,invalid path specified'
i tried shift+del,same msg appears on the screen...
I tried moving it to the recycle bin,same error,tried moving it to another folder,same error...
Checked properties,its not checked in system or hidden or archive...i ran Updated AVG,Norton,Kaspersky antivirus Softwares...no virus is showing up,kindly help me with this...

After installation, just right click on that stubborn folder, and click on "Unlocker" option.Thanks a MILLION for the suggestion bro,really appreciate that...
