Answer» I have an old laptop which I rarely use. Today I tried to use it to do SOMETHING and notice that I cannot DOWNLOAD and save anything to anywhere on my drive.
On Chrome, when I tried to save a file, it says, "You don't have permission to modify files in this network LOCATION. Contact the administrator per permission to make these changes."
On Firefox, right-click -> save as doesn't do anything. "Save file" also doesn't do anything.
On IE, well, I can't launch IE. It just doesn't launch.
I wonder what has happened.
Do you have the system RECOVERY software for this system to perform a repair installation or a clean install if no important data EXISTS on it? Did someone else have access to this system to create this problem?
