Answer» I recently got a new MP3 player. When TRYING to download music, I keep getting the error message that it is unable to VERIFY the device's certificate. This is using Windows XP home. However I tried it on ANOTHER computer using Windows XP professional and had no trouble at all. I think there is probably a simple solution by changing some setting in Windows but I don't know what it is. Help!Exact error message, PLEASE. Any error code? MAKE, and model of your MP3 player. |
