Solve : UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD/PRINT PDF DOCUMENT FROM WEBSITES?

I cannot download/print pdf docs from online SITES. If I choose 'Save' I get message that cannot do and I must retry - which I do AD nauseam- STILL unable download pdf doc.

If I elect to Save doc then IE stops workin

This is happening to me from several websites so it must be a setting on my computer.

Any SUGGESTIONS?

Try a different browser (Firefox, Opera, etc) and see if you have the same problem.Tried Google CHROME - ok. So assume that I need to change settings on my IE version 11? any suggestions?
