got hit with multable trojans and it really screwed my computer up big time cant GET into partitions or anything to wipe harddrives to start over even when i put os into cd or dvd doors cant acess what i need to do its like the viruses are blocking me from fixing this my virus protection,couldnt clean them all i dont even know how come it DIDNT stop it from messing my computer,i can get into safe mode but cant do much any HELP would be great.thanksYou can't format hard drive from within Windows.
You have to boot from Windows, or recovery CD in order to do so.
Make sure, the boot order in BIOS lists CD drive in first position. THANKS i was able to go into bios and change start up with cd rom,but after i reloaded o. s. and all the DRIVERS software etc. only then did i realize when on clicked on my computer and my d drive was gone i have raid harddrives which are suppose to mirror each other the only thing i think i did was accidently reove with space bar in bios been trying everything in bios to find it,i hope i dont have to go back redo everything i just did,got to be something simplei just did wrong only question is how do i get the harddrive back
