Solve : unable to install fax console? |

Answer» I was having a problem with my fax console while trying to SEND a fax, each time the fax wizard opened my computer WOULD hang and all programs close. I decided to try uninstalling and reinstalling thru add or remove windows components. The uninstall was fine but it refuses to reinstall. Each time it GOES thru the process but the fax console is not there. I have tried a windows repair(at the SUGGESTION of tech support) an SFC scan was good and microsoft hot fix from article 884018 did not help. Can any one help me, I do not use a fax machine just fax directly from my pc. |
