Broni, I have tried running Goggle Earth with all other programs CLOSED, I am on Cable, and I have 75 GB of HDD space.
Still not opening past 30% .This is really a mystery.

Thanks for all the suggestions!One more thing, I can suggest is to download a FRESH COPY of Google Earth. Maybe download was corrupted.i had this problem twice o_o
it only fixed after i formated the COMPUTER lol
