1.	Solve : Unable to open "Power Options" and Network icons are missing?
Answer» For the PAST week wheneve I start my computer. The screen. Dims as soon as I move my mouse or press down a KEY on my keyboard. I thought MAYBE my power settings became CHANGED somehow. But whenever I try to open "Power Options" it doesn't open up. I am also unable to get any network connectivity with this laptop. My network icon is not in the notification area, and when I ipen the Network and Sharing center my network is not wireless or wired. It says "Unknown" Operating System: windows7 Can anyone please HELP me?
