Included in the .iso (which can be opened using an unarchiving utility such as 7-Zip or WinRar), is a script to install the Boot CD ONTO a USB drive.
Once installed, you can boot from the USB drive and format the laptop's hard drive. This should clear the drive, allowing you to REINSTALL Windows.
I just downloaded UBC myself, and I cannot find the script that installs it to a FLASH drive.
