Hi,
you Have problem with the Policy on Your Computer,
To fix this problem just FOLLOW me:
Go to [highlight]start[/highlight] Menu >> [highlight]run [/highlight]>> type [highlight]mmc [/highlight]and hit enter
You will see a Windows called Console1 , Ok
Go to [highlight]File [/highlight]>>> [highlight]add/remove snap-in[/highlight]... >> PRESS [highlight]add [/highlight]button >>
Search for [highlight]Group policy object editor [/highlight]>> [highlight]add [/highlight]>>> [highlight]finish [/highlight]>>
Then close all boxes accept the FIRST one Console1
Now you will find in that window concolw1 new Icon called Local computer policy double click on it >>
and follow the path >
Computer configuration > Administrative tempelates >> System > System restore >>
Now on your right side window double click on the [highlight]Turn off system restore [/highlight]>>
choose [highlight]Not Configured [/highlight]>> [highlight]Ok [/highlight]
Know every thing is finish and you can use the restore service ..
