Answer» Hi my computer is using Vista PREMIUM....i have had PROBLEMS trying to watch a VIDEO, etc. this message always came up..."to install plug-in" ...then I clicked Ok to install...then there is a list of plug ins to choose....Should I download Media Player 11. I have REALPLAYER already...Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.More details please. What video, what file extension, where is it from.
