Answer» In my system Windows XP Pro. installed. There is no problem and works fine. Recently I saw the BOOT.ini file through MSCONFIG and also through the editor. That file contains the following entries, [boot loader] timeout=0 default=signature(4b464b45)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS [operating systems] signature(4b464b45)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="MICROSOFT Windows XP Professional" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect But in my friends and office system shows the boot.ini LIKE [boot loader] timeout=30 default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS [operating systems] multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect I don't understand what is signature(4b464b45)? What that use? Why my boot.ini DIFFER from others. But no problem in booting. The person who knows about it please reply me.Here Ya Go...Thank You very much
