Answer» Everytime I try and boot up my computer I get an error message that SAYS Stop:c000221 unknown HARD error\system32\ntdll.dll on a blue screen. Windows will not boot up. I tried booting in SAFE MODE also...same thing happened. Do you have Windows CD?I have the boot cd...but IDK where the product key isNo key needed, but kind of CD is it? I'm not sure what boot CD is.IDK it says Windows XP home editionso what do I need to do? OK, try repair: http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/How-to-repair-Windows-XP-t138.htmlthat says make sure you have your product key available in case you need it. I SAW on there where you can dl that program so it finds your key for you. If you dont have it when they ask for it will I still be able to boot up and find it and then put it in later? Right now I cant even boot up so I can run the program that finds the key for me.Exactly, so your best bet is to try repair anyway.oh ok tyvm for your help....i will give it a try. You're welcome Keep us posted...ok so I took your suggestion and it did ask for a product #. I used the product # from the windows xp that I have on another computer. then when I got online, i tried to run jellybean and get the product # from the other computer that I just fixed but it gave me the product # I just put in. Is there anyway to recover the right product # from the computer I fixed? Why would you run jellybean on another machine and try to use that product key on the machine you just did a repair install on ? ?
Somethings not right in Kansas....I didnt run jellybean on another machine...I ran it on the machine I was working on. I was trying to find the product code for that computer....the computer I was working on.
