Solve : Unknown software exception error when closing a IE window?

Hi,
I am getting a error message READING "unknown software exception" everytime I close an Internet Explorer window. I can have several IE windows open and they WORK ok but everytime I try to close one, I get the error message and when I close the error message, it will SHUT down all IE windows.

Thanks in ADVANCE for any HELP you can provide.What IE version?
