Answer» hi. i just upgraded from sp1 to sp2. the system came with sp1 preinstalled. when i restarted the computer it loads all the way to the desktop picture but no icons, nothing. i dont understand why just upgrading would cause this? i'm on now in safe mode. i dont really want to go back to sp1 but if i have to...
