Answer» When you choose to Upgrade an OS, can you KEEP all the files on your OS? I know it's not recommended to upgrade, and you should FORMAT first, but I just installed like 50 programs on Windows 2000 and I don't feel like doing it again. Basically what I'm asking is can I just upgrade the OS and leave the programs alone?YES, you can, althougth doing a clean install ALWAYS gives the cleanest Windows installation.
