I'm running Windows XP and Internet Explorer browser. My question is i recently uninstalled messenger yahoo,now if i GO to DOWNLOAD a error message is pooping up

As with all problems like this you are going to need an XP CD. You will probably need to do a repair INSTALL of XP, and from the sound of it Office as well.

An alternative would be to attempt a system restore to a known good point, prior to your installation of Yahoo Messenger.Everyone needs a real copy of Windows sooner or later. In your case it appears to be sooner.
