Solve : Urgh, does anyone know how....?

I installed some program onto my computer, shouldn't matter what one.
But this program took over all my control + 'key' shortcut commands.
For example, I can not press control+t anymore to open a new tab in IE.
I tried to unistall the program to SEE if settings WOULD go back to normal, but no luck.

Anyone know how I can set this back to normal?

Thanks!You installed a program and now ctrl+ functions do not work in any other program? I can't see why any legitimate program would have a REASON for doing that so it must have installed some kind of virus on your SYSTEM.Try running an Anti-Virus program, and see what happens. Also, try to delete everything associated with the file (it may have left files behind).

I'm guessing this isn't a legitimate/legal program.
What program did you INSTALL? It definitely matters.
What OS are you on?
If XP...have you tried doing a System Restore to a time before you installed the program?
