Many Operating Systems automatically adjust to the needs of any program. What program does not have enough gig?

Most uses have too much gig. So they just ignore it.

i am using Rogers internet and the package we have allows only so many gigs useage for the month without paying more,,,we have several users in the FAMILY so I would like to keep track of my monthly useage,,,I used to have it but forget how to get it up again,,,It was giving me my real time useage so I could see any time of the day or week how many gigs I had used up,
