Answer» Hi, I'm having trouble, I have a 1 YEAR old Windows Vista laptop, and it worked fine. Our laptop has two users, and mine recently, the other day showed up as classic on the desktop, and it said the USER profile service failed to load, so I RESTARTED, and all was well. But today, it did the same thing, when I went to restart it wouldn't LET me on my name it said: User Service Profile failed to logon. User profile cannot be loaded. I am currently on the other username, and it's WORKING fine, but I need to get on my other username.. please help!Read this: The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
