I have a NEW computer with Windows 7 and have 8.0 GB of RAM.
I know that it's easier to install and remove fonts with Windows 7
but is there a limit of fonts you can have installed before it
starts bogging down your computer?
grog1961, Afr ER many years of computer USE, I have never seen any prof that fonts are an issue. My the time Windows 95 was released it became a non-issue.

But I am often worn. Somebody please correct me

I have so many fonts I have given upon trying to manage them and just memorize the names of my favorites. I like Comic Sans and Lucida Console. And Ariel is always good.

Still, I see not reason to wipe out fonts. One program requires fonts in other languages and I would not want to mess with it. If you ever, ever want to use your computer with non-Roman fonts, you don't want to remove them.
