Solve : using Mustek scanner with Windows XP? |

Answer» I have a mustek flatbed scanner that I have been using with my old computer which ran windows 98. My NEW computer runs windows XP. When I TRY to install the scanner PROGRAM, the scanner light doesn't go on. Instructions say choose between Windows 3.1 and Windows 95. Does this mean the scanner won't work with my new computer?It sounds like you need XP DRIVERS for your scanner. Go to the Mustek web SITE, find your model and download the appropriate driver. |
