Answer» just a quickie, how do i find out which driver i need fo my video card as i dont know what make or model it is. Got the yellow question mark next to it in the device manager section ? many thanks for any help !!!! Im running xp on AMD SEPRON chip.... ty guys Ps. i tried unistaling any driver then reeboot but no driver cud be found....ive looked in the box and i see a chip with (RMC ALC655) cud this be the vid chip ? TY guys Download and run Everest Home and choose to make a report. That will identify ALL components in the machine. Print it for future reference, and/or post it here if you are not sure.

Memorysorry about size ov reply... hope this is ov some use... thankyou for any help....Go to this page and input the motherboard model K7S741MG-6L and select drivers. ALL of the drivers are there, so burn them to a CD for the future and then install away.

Thats how to get things done, trial and error ye ha !!!!!!! I looked at the report and i looked at it till it pooped out in front ov me lol... The chip in the report was numberd SIS 741 so i looked at a few website that had the driver for the chip and i installed one and then rebooted and it WORKED !!! lol....
I LOVE THIS FORUM TY for your help guys and no DOUBT i wil be back soon..
Maybe one day i will be an expert too !!!! Thanks for posting back and glad you are all fixed up.
