Answer» Can anyone help me? Some TIME ago my laptop LOST its original XP program when my friend tried to install Windows Vista with faulty Cd. I brought back just recently but the sound and video card aren't responding. I want to know if they were heat damaged by his many failed attempts to make it up to me, or if they just need to reboot or something. I have a Compaq PRESARIO V2000 and i have not added or REMOVED any hardware in the 5 years that I bought it.You need to re-install the Compaq DRIVERS from the Driver CD that shipped with the machine... |
