Answer»

Hey All,
I have recently installed a game on my cmputer, everything went good until I tried to start up the game and got the message

Cannot Open Video Device -TRY W3D command line

Any suggestions.

Welcome aboard

You need to post Windows version, game title, and EXACT error message, to start with.ok..

I have windows xp, the game is Chapionship Horse Trainer (egames) and that is the exact error message (the title bar SAYS E1242)

THANKSI went to eGames web site, but there is no Championship Horse Trainer game listed.
On the game box, is there any contact/support listed? Thanks for you help so far...

There is no contact info other than an address on the box.

Do you think this is a problem with the game or my computer?

Thanks again

I did some additional search, and it may be on your side.
What are the game requirements?
How much RAM do you have?I apologize for being INCREDIBLY new at this...

The game requirements are:

Right click on "My Computer", then Properties.Clik Here for some reviews of the game...ok here we go..
