Answer» I am using a Dell Inspiron 1100 with Windows XP Home. I am having problems with videos that I download via email or off the net. After they are loaded and I start to play them they pause every 4-5 secs them resume playing until complete. This is annoying, please send some help to me. If you dont, the issue could be caused from resources being TAKEN up Could you press ALT+CTRL+DEL and click on "Performance" and take a screenshot and upload the screenshot to www.imageshack.us and GIVE us a LINK, or tell us what the numbers you see are? (For the purpose of seeing the processor and memory usage)
