Solve : Videos in IE?

HI lads,  
 GREETINGS from Ireland, ANYWAY, i'm new. I've a question about windows MEDIA player 10. If i click a link with a movie on the page the movie wont play. Any ideas? I'm running norton 2005, and XP. I have windows MP V10. An example of a link is below.

I'm not advertising the site by the way, it's just an example.
